APPE’s 33rd Annual International Conference will be held February 22-25, 2024 at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati. The conference welcomes APPE members as well as nonmembers from various disciplines and professions.

Daily rates range from $100 to $240 for members and non-members

Pre-Conference rates range from $25 to $190 for types of offerings and member/non-member rates.

Thank you for your interest in registering for the 33rd Annual APPE International Conference, which will be held Feb. 22 - 25, 2024 in Cincinnati. 

You may choose from a variety of options for registering for the conference--a full conference registration, or a daily rate. The rates differ for members and non-members.

The conference will begin on Thursday afternoon with a few sessions and an Opening Plenary. The final concurrent sessions will be Saturday afternoon. The APPE Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 24 and 25.

All pre-conference sessions will be held on Thursday, Feb. 22. Please note that many of the pre-conference offerings overlap (the timing is in the description). 

Meals are mostly on your own, except for heavy appetizers after the Opening Reception (Thursday), and breakfast on Friday, or if noted on the pre-conference descriptions. Light snacks will be offered on Friday and Saturday.

Please note: Everyone who registers for the in-person conference will receive an invitation to participate in the virtual conference, to be held March 29, 2024. If you are just interested in registering for the virtual conference, stay tuned! That will be a separate registration process.


Conference Cancellation Policy 
Refunds less a $50 processing fee will be provided only if cancellation is received in writing to appe_admin@appe-ethics.org by January 10, 2024.  
Refunds less a $100 fee will be provided only for written cancellations received after January 10, 2022 and before January 30, 2024.   
No refunds will be given for registration or pre-conference fees received after January 30, 2024.
